Luxury SUV Service

The Cupertino Inn offers complimentary luxury SUV transportation within 3 miles radius of the hotel. San Jose Airport transportation is also available at a charge of $20 per person (one way). Transportation is available 7 days a week from 6am-10pm, based upon availability.

Enjoy a full buffet breakfast, including a make your own omelette station, served daily in our lounge. Along with breakfast choose from the San Jose Mercury News, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal or USA Today.

Deliveries, Shipping and Handling

First 7 lbs. Complimentary! Additional lbs. are as follows:
Boxes $.35 per lbs.
Pallets $.50 per lbs.
Envelopes $4.00 each
Storage $20.00 per day, per shipment

Shipments requiring any additional fees (C.O.D.’s) upon receipt will be denied. Shipments should not arrive at the hotel more than (3) days prior to the event or guests arrival date. All packages should be labeled with the name of the guest (same as on reservation) or Group/ Meeting name. Packages with no name labeled or a name not in-house or not listed on future reservation will be denied. Any shipments being sent via third parties (sponsors and/or vendors) should include any and all pertinent information regarding event including phone number of contacts to be reached.

Cupertino Inn Pet Policy

Cupertino Inn recognizes the ever growing needs for pet friendly accommodations. We strive to offer our guests and their furry friends a comfortable stay and have done our best to ensure consistency at all of our pet friendly properties. Click here to read our full pet policy.

  • Responsibility of Pet Behavior. My signature below confirms my personal responsibility for the behavior of my pet during our stay at Grand Hotel, Sunnyvale, California. One pet per room is permitted.
  • Pet Fee and Deposit Required. I understand and agree that a credit card charge for the amount of $35.00 per night and a deposit of $250.00 is required in order to have a pet occupy my room. The hotel must inspect the room before the deposit is returned. We are happy to provide dog food, bowls, and beds.
  • Acceptable pet areas of the hotel. I understand that I am assigned a pet friendly room that may be different from my original reservation. Pets are not allowed in the lounge and pool areas of the hotel. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
  • Damage and Soiling. I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or soiling caused by my pet during my stay. I understand that the costs for the repair or additional cleaning requirements (including labour) will be charged accordingly.
  • Unattended Pets. I understand that my pet is not to be left unattended in my hotel room at any time and that my pet must be kept on a leash at all times in the interior public areas and the exterior grounds of the hotel property. Unattended pets may be removed from the property without liability on the part of the hotel. The guest will assume any costs for such removal.
  • We do require guests who bring their pet with them to our property to:
    a. Provide evidence of updated vaccinations at time of check-in.
    b. Provide a nametag with identification and a current rabies tag to be worn by the pet at all times.
    c. Use the designated relief areas for their pet.
    d. Keep pet out of dining areas, pool areas and other public areas.
  • Noisy or Disturbing Pet. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. I understand that should my pet disturb other hotel guests, the hotel will have no other choice but to refuse to continuing accommodation for my pet.
  • Cupertino, California Bylaw SMC 6.16.015 (Pets). I am aware that the city laws require pet owners to pick up after pets on hotel property as well as all city property. (They Poop! You Scoop!)

By bringing a pet in our facility you are agreeing to the hotel’s pet policies and to indemnify the hotel for any injuries, damage or loss of revenue to the hotel or a third party caused by your pet. As the pet’s owner/handler, you are responsible for any liability arising from your pet’s actions.
